FIREFLY is looking for feedback from clients and community partners through our 2025 Client and Community Partner Surveys, launching today, Wednesday, March 19.

These annual surveys help shape FIREFLY’s programs and services to better meet the needs of children, youth, and families across Northwestern Ontario. This year, in addition to gathering feedback on programs, there’s an extra opportunity to provide input on FIREFLY’s new website.

Clients and community partners will receive an email with survey links, and posters with QR codes will be available in FIREFLY offices for easy access. You can also find the links for both surveys on our Facebook and Instagram pages!

The surveys are open until Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Your feedback makes a difference—please take a few minutes to share your thoughts!
