FIREFLY is a non-profit charitable organization that provides a wide range of services for children, youth, and families in communities across Kenora and Rainy River Districts. We are dedicated to supporting and strengthening the health and well-being of families, children, and youth through emotional, physical, developmental, and community services.
Our Vision is Healthy People, Resilient Families and Vibrant Communities.
More than half of FIREFLY’s annual budget comes from three primary funding sources through the provincial and federal governments. However, we need to rely on support from the community through donations, fundraising and endowment funds to help with the cost to deliver programs and services across the Northwest.
You can support children, youth, and families that receive help from FIREFLY by making a donation, hosting a charity event of your own, or participating in a fundraising event.
Your generous support will help children, families, and our communities. All donations over $20 will receive a charitable receipt from the respective donation fund.
